My marketing and engagement work is rooted in development strategy and designed to support fundraising, audience growth, and long-term sustainability. I have created integrated communications for donor cultivation, program enrollment, and event promotion, including email campaigns, social media content, print materials, and visual merchandising for donor-facing environments. All outward-facing communications were informed by a data-driven approach; I monitored and recorded performance metrics—such as engagement, conversion, and response rates—to evaluate effectiveness and continuously refine messaging, timing, and channel strategy. These materials are developed in close alignment with fundraising goals and institutional priorities, helping organizations clearly communicate impact, build trust, and convert community engagement into ongoing financial and programmatic support.
