Visual Merchandising & Experiential Outreach

Led visual merchandising for Armstrong Community Music School across campus spaces and community events, designing welcoming, interactive environments that encouraged engagement, discovery, and enrollment. At public events, I curated mobile outreach tables with branded table linens, instruments, printed materials, and hands-on activities that invited families to participate immediately—transforming outreach booths into experiential entry points for relationship-building and program awareness. On-site, I developed clear, visually cohesive information displays featuring flyers, schedules, QR codes, and program highlights to guide visitors through offerings and upcoming events while reinforcing brand identity and clarity of messaging. Across both settings, these efforts balanced aesthetics with function, ensuring materials were accessible, inviting, and easy to navigate while supporting audience growth, earned revenue, and community connection through intentional, mission-aligned presentation.
