Concert Production and Artist Support

For over 15 years, I have produced and supported live concert experiences for a range of artist-led and presenter-driven organizations, including Southern Miss Opera and Musical Theater, Washington Heights Musical Society, Parthenia: a consort of viols, and Salon Concerts. My work included coordinating logistics, artist support, venue preparation, volunteer coordination, stage management, audience communications, and front-of-house operations to ensure high-quality, mission-aligned performance experiences. These projects demonstrate the ability to center artists’ needs while managing production details, audience engagement, and presentation quality—bridging artistic vision with operational execution to support sustainable, community-focused performance models.

Washington Heights Musical Society Concert Series

I provided day-of production and front-of-house support for a collaborative concert projects presented by Washington Heights Musical Society such as represented in this flier image. Responsibilities included venue setup and tear-down, artist support, managing on-site donations, and preparing printed promotional materials. This work demonstrates hands-on concert production skills, attention to artist and audience experience, and the ability to support earned and contributed revenue through smooth event operations and donor-facing engagement.

Front-of-House Management & Revenue Support – Parthenia a Consort of Viols

I provided comprehensive front-of-house and production support for a Parthenia concert at the Church of Saint Luke in the Fields, managing logistics for two performances in a single day. Responsibilities included artist support, volunteer coordination, merchandise sales, donation collection, and execution of an intermission raffle to support contributed revenue. I also delivered a pre-concert welcome address, helping frame the audience experience and reinforce the organization’s mission, and created a custom promotional pamphlet for Parthenia’s recordings to support merchandise visibility and sales. This work demonstrates strong audience-facing leadership, attention to artist needs, and the ability to integrate earned and contributed revenue strategies within live performance environments.
